About Me

I spent my first eighteen years in Ireland but have now spent the next twenty away from the auld sod.

I've worked all over the world from Japan to Canada and the USA to Australia and the UK as teacher, writer, diplomat, logistician and project manager.

But now I'm back to Ireland, at least in my mind's eye, with the writing of my novel of Ireland in the seventeenth century.

I've always loved historical novels and always wanted to write one and now I am.
